Wheat grass is called ‘sanjeevani’. It is very healthy for our body. Wheat grass is used in Ayurveda, Nature cure and chemotherapy. It has vitamin A,B,C,E in plenty. Wheat grass contains a lot of proteins, amino acids, fibre, minerals and chemicals. Wheat grass is taken in the form of liquid. It is a gift from god for it has so many benefits.
Benefits:   
1. It has chemical of chlorophyll which acts as anti-bacteria.
2. Mix wheat grass liquid with water and apply on your head. Massage and take bath after ½ hour. Dandruff problem will be solved. Hair will remain black and shining for long.
3. Soryosis: The liquid is good for this disease of skin. Apply the liquid on the skin.

Watermelon is green and yellow from outside and orange, yellow or pink from inside with many black seeds. It is eaten raw without peel or seeds. Seedless variety is also available. At least 1200 varieties of watermelons are there varying in colour and size.
Water melon contains 6% sugar and the rest is mostly water. It is a good source of vitamin C.
        The rind of the melon is used as a vegetable. It is used in curry, chutney and even pickle.

1. Watermelon is mildly diuretic and contains large amounts of beta carotene.
2. Watermelon with red flesh is a good source of lycopene.
