It is very easy to know if anyone is eating orange due to the strong smell. Orange has good taste, good colour and good smell. And it is equally good for the health. Orange is peeled and eaten. Seeds are not edible. The peel can be dried and used in the preparation of various dishes.
Orange is low in saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol. It has plenty of vitamins and minerals. It has calcium, phosphorus, potassium, beta carotene and some plemanoids.
