2. ALOE VERA


                                            ALOE VERA



Aloe Vera plant is today grown as a decorative plant in front of many houses. But it has many good qualities especially for ladies who want to remain young and beautiful. It does not need much water and generally used as a compound wall in villages since it has thorns. The leaves are thick and fleshy. A slimy juice comes out of the leaves if they are cut. This has remarkable healing qualities. It is called ‘wonder plant’.

Benefits:

1. Aloe Vera is used to heal wounds, burns and ulcers. Just cut a leaf and apply the juice on wounds.
2. Aloe Vera is used to cure many types of skin diseases.
3. Pimples: Cut a leaf and rub the liquid on your face at night. Wash your face in the morning. You can get Aloe Vera juice in the shop. You can drink this juice. Your skin will get a shine and you will look younger.
Danger: Do not prepare the juice from the leaves for consumption for it can contain harmful substances which may cause indigestion. Be extra careful if you are prone to allergic reactions.   
4. Wrinkles: Aloe Vera works as an anti-oxidant and helps your remain young looking for long by slowing down the formation of wrinkles on your face.
5. Dry skin: You can apply Aloe Vera on the skin to keep it from drying during winter. It acts as a natural moisturizer.
