Many people use garlic in most of the dishes for it has a strong smell. Garlic has a great history for Greeks and Romans used to eat garlic before going to battle believing that it will give them strength. Gods were given gifts of garlic. Some people tie garlic to babies to ward off evil. Everyone who knows about vampires is familiar with garlic.
Garlic is low in saturated fat, Sodium and cholesterol. It is high in vitamin C & B6, Manganese, Calcium, Phosphorus and Selenium.
Different sizes of garlic are grown. The outer skin can be white, pink or purple. Crushing garlic before cooking is good to make sure that the flavour spreads evenly in the food.
Benefits:

2. Garlic is found to reduce cholesterol in blood thus reducing the risk of heart problems.
3. Raw garlic is a powerful antibiotic and very beneficial against cure cancer and strokes.

5. Gas in stomach: Add ginger juice to warm water and drink
6. Breast milk: Mash garlic and boil it in milk. Drink it to increase milk secretion.
7. Lies in hair: Crush garlic and mix with water. Apply on scalp. Wash after 10 mins.
8. Gas problem: Eating raw garlic can cure gas problem.
